Application: Flat bread

Flat bread processes require special attention on the die pressure. Once the die pressure is below a critical value, due to wear or other parameters, the expansion and texture is no longer produced. The stripes are reduced in size and no longer fulfill the specifications, which give major problems to the drying and packaging. We experienced this and we can take the counter-measures.
